Marmoudd, Could you try opening your Internet Explorer browser and then hitting Alt-F to bring up the File tab options? Check to see if "Work offline" is checked and uncheck it if it is, battlenet app wont download.
Marmoudd, You may need to actually uninstall your antivirus app instead of just disabling it. Many of them will continue to "protect" the system to some degree even when disabled. You shouldn't try this though unless you know for sure you'll be able to reinstall it again battlenet app wont download. People sometimes misplace the license or key necessary for installation and I wouldn't want you to be unable to reinstall it.
